Famous Afrobeats artist Tiwa Savage breaks stereotypes with her song “Men Are Crazy,” saying that women need men in spite of their shortcomings.
Tiwa, who recently collaborated with Simi on the song “Men Are Crazy,” said she enjoyed working with the singer of “Duduke.”
She called their partnership “magical” in a recent MTV Live interview, referencing Simi’s well-known status as “a queen in Afrobeats.”
Tiwa Savage also made use of a stone to kill two birds by responding to inquiries from coworkers like Brymo, who asked both musicians about the inspiration behind the title and lyrics of the song.
In her words:
“My collaboration with Simi is titled ‘Men Are Crazy But I Still Want One In My Bed.’ The inspiration behind it is that men are crazy but we can’t do without them.
“Simi is somebody that I’ve always wanted to work with. She is a queen in Afrobeats so both of us coming together on such an amazing track is magical.”
