The well-known Nigerian actress Peggy Ovire sparked a social media firestorm with her vehement denial of forcing her actor husband Freddie Leonard into marriage.
A few days ago, the notorious gossip site Cutie Juls erupted on social media with its explosive analysis of Peggy and Freddie’s alleged shade-throwing behaviors on Instagram.
Juls the Cutie wrote:
“These 2 have been kinda throwing shades at each other..”
The tweet sparked a wildfire of comments, with some openly speculating about the possibility of a full-fledged feud between Nollywood’s power couple, not just hinting at it.
Peggy was drawn to a specific comment made by @Adanma_nora on Instagram, whereby she audaciously expressed her lack of astonishment.
She claimed that Peggy had forced Freddie into marrying her, as Freddie never seemed to be willing to do so.

Peggy Ovire responded quickly to the trolling remark by laughing confidently and dismissing the accusations.
