Actress Kehinde Bankole of Nollywood was ecstatic to have won the coveted “Best Lead Actress” prize at the 10th African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).
On Saturday, May 11, 2024, the Eko Hotel hosted the award presentation. On Instagram, Bankole posted a video of herself accepting the prize and making her acceptance speech, capturing the emotional occasion.
She thanked the AMVCA for awarding her for the second time in her career and stressed the value of appreciation in her expression of gratitude for the distinction.
With the video captioned, she wrote:
