“My Genotype is AA, my spouse is AS, and together we had SS.” Man carries his wife to court

Despite the fact that their son’s genotype makes it medically impossible for him to be SS, the man drags his wife to court on suspicion of paternity fraud.

Speaking in court on 9jacasefiles, the distressed guy described his predicament and how he learned about it.

He disclosed that he is AA and his wife is AS, but their son was diagnosed as SS when he turned two years old.

After that, he said, the test was administered twice more to their son, and they (the husband and wife) had to take another one, which revealed that they were still classified as AA and AS.

The man claimed that he chose to get a DNA test because he was tired of the whole situation.

While his wife acknowledged that what he had said was accurate, he ought to have been more forthright about his thoughts regarding the DNA test rather than adopting contradictory stances that upset her.

By doing this, the real father will take up responsibility from the hospital, starting from hospital bills and pampers”

@afrisagacity said: “If he’s AA, the wife is AS, and the child is SS, then a chance of him fathering the child is 0%.

This can’t be categorically called a Paternity Fr@ud. The possibility of a child-swap could be there. However, wish to see the result of the second test the Judge ordered. That could explain better and give true facts.”
