The well-known singer Gabriel Oche Amanyi, often known by his stage name Terry G, has listed his top five Nigerian performers.
He listed the current most well-known Nigerian performers as Tems, Burna Boy, Davido, Tiwa Savage, and Wizkid.
The “Akpako Master” made an appearance on The Honest Bunch Podcast recently.
My top 5 Nigerian artists are Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, Tiwa Savage and Tems, in that order,” he said.
Although musicians like Rema, Ayra Starr, and Fireboy have achieved a lot, Terry G stated that he did not include them on his list of Nigeria’s greatest artists because he believes that in order for them to be considered, they must consistently produce exceptional work over an extended period of time.
