Narrative
The narrative centers on medical resident London Pierce, portrayed by Brandee Evans, who, upon learning the truth about her sister Crystal’s death, takes on a new identity in order to infiltrate an illicit organ harvesting operation. Pierce wants to take down the business and save her neighborhood, so she must traverse the criminal underworld and avoid a hitman. Parker McKen is also a member of the cast.
