The well-known Nigerian rapper Tiwa Savage has taken to social media to voice her dissatisfaction with people who persistently pester her for money.
The coroner from “Somebody’s Son” talked about the importance of self-reliance and the pervasive culture of begging in a series of images she shared on her Instagram story.
Tiwa Savage defended her hard-earned success by stating that others shouldn’t feel entitled to continuous requests for financial support from her because of her wealth.
She emphasized that wealth is the result of hard work and exhorted everyone to achieve their own success as opposed to depending on the generosity of others.
She penned;
“2024 I’m working on improving myself rather than proving myself. Read that again. Iyalaya anybody. I’m rich bit$h. But [that] no mean say all y’all leeches should ask me for money o. We all gat the same 24 hours in a day. GO HUSTLE.”
