Nigerian wives are taught by Daddy Freeze that their husbands are their heads, not their partners.

Ifedayo Olarinde, better known by his stage name Daddy Freeze, is a controversial media personality who has advised Nigerian women to view their husbands as their “heads” rather than as partners.

In contrast to Western traditions, which view the husband as a partner, African, Middle Eastern, Christian, and Islamic traditions view the husband as the leader of the family.

“Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Fulani, and Efik traditions, as well as Christian and Islamic traditions, all say the man is the head of the house,” the OAP stated in a video message posted on his Instagram account.

In the West, your spouse is your romantic companion.

He said;

Your husband is not supposed to be your partner, he is your head.”

The self-acclaimed servant of Yahweh most high and scripture teacher, however, advised women to be careful who them “submit your headship to.”
