Patrick Doyle criticized the tagline “what God cannot do doesn’t exist” as being absurd.

The ex-husband of Nollywood actress Ireti Doyle, Patrick Doyle, a Nigerian filmmaker, has come under fire for remarks he made about a catchphrase that Christians frequently use.

Through his Facebook page, the remarried filmmaker said that individuals are too stubborn to acknowledge their own foolishness. He remarked on how absurd it has been shown that the catchphrase “What God cannot do doesn’t exist,” yet people still sing it.

“Some people are just too obstinate to admit their folly. Even after that slogan ‘What God cannot do doesn’t exist’ has been proven to be silly, they still continue to chant it”.

 

Many people responded negatively to his statement by dragging him through the comment section.
