Williams Uchemba, an actor, addressed women on his Instagram page, cautioning them that it is improper to dress like that in public.
It was recently reported that another woman had complained about the same clothing issue.
Williams Uchemba angrily complains about the seductive attire ladies now wear to the gym, revealing that he has stopped attending there because of this.
In closing, he said that ladies should dress nicely and go to the gym instead of letting men who are only looking to work out lure them.
